Vice President, Economic Development and Sustainability, NANA Regional Corporation
Albie Panikpaiq Dallemolle serves as the Vice President of Economic Development and Sustainability (EDS) at NANA Regional Corporation as well as President of Atautchikun, LLC – NANA’s public benefit company. Originally from Kiana and a proud NANA shareholder, Dallemolle has dedicated her career to fostering economic growth and sustainability within the NANA region.
In her role, she leads the EDS department, which is pivotal in creating a sustainable, thriving regional economy. Guided by the strategic direction of the NANA board, she spearheads initiatives addressing critical regional issues such as energy security and affordable housing. Her leadership has led to the successful procurement of millions in funding to support these initiatives, notably overseeing the application and management of NANA’s substantial $68.5 million broadband grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications and Information Administration.
A committed community advocate, Dallemolle is an active member of the Northwest Arctic Borough Community & Economic Development Commission. She also represents NANA on the Northwest Arctic Leadership Team and serves on the State of Alaska Broadband Workforce Development Commission.
Before assuming her current role, she served as the Senior Director of Village Economic Investment at NANA. Her prior experience includes serving as the Director of Contracts for Maniilaq Association, where she was responsible for overseeing contracts, procurement and corporate risk management activities. Her extensive background includes project management for civil construction projects in rural Alaska and business management for the National Park Service.
Through her diverse roles and extensive service, Albie Panikpaiq Dallemolle continues to be a pivotal figure in driving economic sustainability and enhancing the quality of life in Northwest Alaska.
Kathleen Ayagiaq Stuckey
Executive Director
Kathleen Ayagiaq McConnell Stuckey serves as the executive director of Atautchikun, LLC. She is a NANA shareholder from Kotzebue with a diverse and extensive background in various sectors including Alaska Native healthcare, Tribal Government and ANCSA corporations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business with honors while working and raising her family.
As the economic development director at the Northwest Arctic Borough, Ayagiaq played a key role in the development and implementation of the region’s first Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) used to promote business growth, long-term sustainability and funding opportunities for critical infrastructure projects while overseeing the Regional Energy Program and managing the human resource function of the borough. As the compensation manager at NANA Development Corporation, Ayagiaq was responsible for designing and evaluating the compensation and employee performance management systems at the corporation while forecasting and managing the human resources budget of the $2B organization. As the principal owner and CEO of Stuckey Holdings, Inc., Ayagiaq studied the market focusing on real estate, contracting and grant management.
Sonny Kuukpuk Adams
Director of Alternative Energy
Sonny Adams has worked at NANA Regional Corporation for the past 16 years in various roles managing and directing projects, including technical oversight of the Red Dog Mine, the NANA gravel program, and shareholder development. Since 2008 he has been the Director of the Alternative Energy Program, overseeing the successful wind-solar-battery installations across the region as well as other energy efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
Prior to working for NANA, Adams worked as an operator and metallurgical engineer at the Red Dog Mine. He graduated from Montana Tech with a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. Sonny Adams was born in Fairbanks, Alaska and was raised in Kotzebue. In his off time, he enjoys long distance running and weightlifting. Sonny has participated in 24 marathons.
